For Beverley and Andy, 2009
Mid-September we gather,
their families, friends,
to witness and celebrate love.
Love that curled to spring,
travelled through summer,
meeting silver autumn.
Here for a rite of passage,
as tides come, go,
dunes shift, sand settles.
Together to bless
with love and joy
their new shoreline.
